Your payment will be processed through PayPal, which provides an easy and safe way to pay online by credit card or from your bank account. If you are a resident of Canada and do not already have a PayPal account, you can sign up for one during checkout (or anytime at the PayPal website). US residents are not required to have a PayPal account to use the service. Please visit the PayPal website if you would like more information about their service.

Canadian Residents

How to Order
To order an item, simply click on the "add to cart" link located on the item page. You may then choose to continue shopping or proceed to the checkout. If you choose to continue shopping, you may check the status of your order at anytime by clicking the "view cart" link located at the top and bottom of each page at thinkpretty.com.

Please note that all prices are quoted in US Dollars. While it's rates may vary slightly from PayPal's, xe.com's universal currency converter can help you estimate the equivalent in Canadian dollars. PayPal will indicate the exact equivilant in Canadian funds during checkout.

You will receive confirmation of your payment from PayPal via email. Within 72 hours of your order being received (excluding weekends and Canadian holidays), it will be securely packaged and shipped via Canada Post. You will then receive an email with the estimated delivery time and, if your package is being shipped by Expedited or Xpresspost, a tracking number.

Shipping & Handling
Orders shipped to Canadian destinations are sent via Canada Post. To simplify the ordering process, all orders have a flat shipping & handling rate determined by your purchase subtotal.

Regular Post. Orders totaling $12.00 or less are eligible to be shipped Regular Parcel Post. Canada Post has no standard delivery time for this service but states that the package should arrive in a similar timeframe to that of their parcel service. Think Pretty estimates this time to be between 2 - 9 days.

Expedited Parcel. Orders totaling $12.01 or more are shipped this way. This service provides delivery confirmation and has a delivery expectation of 2 to 9 business days.

Xpresspost. Need your package a.s.a.p? Xpresspost is a bit pricy but it has a delivery expectation of 2-3 business days. Check "Xpresspost" during checkout to choose this option.

US residents please note:
Your order will have to pass through US Customs and, if inspected, may be delayed by several days. It may also be subject to duties and taxes separate from your order and shipping totals. Think Pretty cannot be responsible for these possible delays or charges.

Good/Better/Best
The handmade products available on thinkpretty.com are crafted with great attention to detail and vintage items are carefully choosen. Because vintage items have been previously owned, as have some of the materials used to construct Think Pretty products, many items show signs of wear. Please be assured that this does not affect the quality of the products but instead adds to their character and contributes to the uniqueness of every item. To assist in your buying decision, each item is assigned a rating indicating its overall condition.

3 star = good conditionGood.
  Item is in good condition with some wear or flaws as noted.
4 star = better conditionBetter.
  Item is in excellent condition with only slight wear or minor flaws.
5 star = best conditionBest.
  Item is new or in like new condition.

Returns and Availability
All sales are final with a few exceptions.

The shopping cart system automatically debits the inventory to help ensure the quantities stated for each item are accurate. In the event that there is an error and an item is actually not available, you will be promptly notified and a full refund will be issued.

Items are addressed and packaged with great care, most including delivery confirmation. If, however, you do find an error was made and what you recieved is not what you ordered, please contact me to discuss an exchange or refund.

Think Pretty cannot be responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. Please contact your local postal service if such a situation is to occur.
